Any request must include your full real name, and you must state your intended use of the image. There may be a fee charged for use of any image you request. If I give you permission to use one or more images from my website I will give that permission in the form of a copyright release stating exactly how you may use the image and how you will need to credit the image. I will require that you credit me as the photographer and that you also include at least the model’s first name.
